Monzele – Returns & Refund Policy 2025

At Monzele, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for goods and services purchased through our online store.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required. 

2. Non-Returnable & Exempt Items:

 Certain products and services cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

a. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines). 

b·  Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personal care items). 

c·  Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

d·  Digital or downloadable products once accessed or downloaded.

Gift cards and gift-wrapping services.

3. Change of Mind – Cooling Off Period:

Under consumer rights regulations, you may cancel your purchase within 14 working days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price and the original delivery costs. 

b. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

a. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. 

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund. 

5. How to Initiate a Return: 

Contact Monzele Customer Support to notify us of your return request.

b· Once confirmed, send the product back to the address provided by our team. 

For non-physical products (such as services), contact us for specific return instructions. 

6. Refund Process: 

a. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. 

 Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds:

 a. If you have not received a refund after we have confirmed it was issued: 

a1. First, check your bank account or card statement. 

b1. Then contact your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary. 

   If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team. 

8. Sale & Discounted Items:

a. Items purchased with a discount voucher will only be refunded for the amount paid, not the original full price.

Sale items may not be eligible for return if you have simply changed your mind. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.
